Predictable Service Schedule
Every agreement runs on a fixed number of visits per year. A full annual calendar is set out when the agreement starts, with projected dates for every single visit so the committee knows what’s happening and when, and the cost is fixed from day one.

Every visit is defined against a written scope, with lawns, garden beds and hedges listed specifically. Green waste removal is included in every visit as standard. Seasonal work such as hedge shaping, fertilising, structural pruning of climbing plants and feature shrubs is scheduled in across the year as part of the same agreement, so there’s no ambiguity about what’s covered and what isn’t.
Reliable Communication
One point of contact handles the property from the first walk through every visit after. The person doing the work is the same person the committee can reach. We report on anything worth flagging while we’re on-site, including drainage issues or trip hazards along paths. The committee also gets a regular check-in to review how the garden’s tracking and raise anything they’d like addressed.
